About OVERIQO

Turning activity into commercial intelligence

OVERIQO is a sales intelligence platform designed to help businesses identify where commercial opportunities may be emerging.

We bring together fragmented activity data, structure it and analyse it in context so businesses can spend less time searching for signals and more time deciding where to focus.

Why OVERIQO exists

Important commercial activity often becomes visible before it becomes an obvious sales opportunity. The problem is that the evidence can be spread across different sources, records and organisations.

Finding it manually takes time. Understanding which activity is relevant to a particular business takes even more.

OVERIQO is being built to close that gap.

Our purpose

Help businesses discover relevant opportunities earlier and understand why they may matter.

From records to signals

A single public record may have limited commercial value on its own. Its significance can become clearer when it is structured alongside information about the project, organisation, location, timing and related activity.

OVERIQO converts these fragmented records into structured signals and evaluates their potential relevance for different types of businesses.

The result is intended to answer a practical question: where should I look next?

Built around relevance

The same activity does not represent the same opportunity for everyone.

A project that matters to a building-materials supplier may have different relevance to an engineer, contractor, professional-services firm or another participant in the market.

OVERIQO therefore considers opportunities in the context of the businesses and services that may be relevant to them rather than presenting every user with the same list of records.

Starting with construction

OVERIQO is initially focused on the New Zealand construction sector, where planning, consenting and development activity creates a substantial trail of publicly available information.

This provides a strong starting point for developing a more useful view of emerging commercial activity.

Over time, the same underlying approach may be applied to additional sectors and data signals where fragmented information can be transformed into useful commercial intelligence.

Independent intelligence

OVERIQO analyses information from public and other permitted sources. Rankings and insights are generated from the evidence available to OVERIQO and are not endorsements of, or recommendations concerning, the organisations or projects displayed.

Our objective is to make relevant activity easier to discover and understand while being transparent about the nature and limitations of the intelligence we provide.
